MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care of Fountain Hills hosted its second annual Wild Wild West Chili Cook off Jan. 20 where approximately 150 individuals attended.

MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care of Fountain Hills hosted its second annual Wild Wild West Chili Cook off Jan. 20 where approximately 150 individuals attended.
Local Chefs competed for a grand prize of $500 and the people’s choice award of $150.
Owners of Mountain View Kitchen Jennifer and Tim Ward were the grand prize winners, and Saddle Bronc Grill took home the people’s choice award.
Other restaurants that participated were Batchelor’s Pad BBQ, Good Living Greens and All American Sports Grill.
The event sponsors included Tolin Mechanical and Titan Restoration. Chili judges were Caleb Threlkeld of Titan Restoration, Rhonda Ladrigan of Tolin Mechanical and Brent Cruikshank of the Fountain Hills Times Independent.
