Home watch business owner joins national executive committee

Diane Santiago is the co-founder of local home watch business, Desert Home Guardian Services.

Diane Santiago has been appointed to serve on the National Home Watch Association’s Executive Committee.
She has served on the NHWA’s Advisory Board since 2019 and is the co-founder of Desert Home Guardian Services in Fountain Hills, Ariz.
DHGS is an insured, bonded, certified and NHWA accredited home watch, concierge and vacation rental assistance company dedicated to minimizing risks and costly damages associated with unoccupied homes and vacation rental properties, according to the web.
Santiago and her husband have called Arizona home since 1991, first settling in Paradise Valley before relocating to Scottsdale and establishing roots in Fountain Hills.
DHGS serves all three communities as well as Phoenix.
