Kevin Hearty introduces himself to Rio Verde

Kevin Hearty was recently hired by the Rio Verde Community Association (RVCA) board of directors as the executive director for the association.
In a recent email post to the membership, Hearty reached out to the community with an introduction and expressed his appreciation for the new opportunity.
“I am honored and excited to serve as your next executive director and look forward to continuing to build upon the strong relationships that have been established with community members, volunteers and community partners,” Hearty said.
He stated he has worked in the association management industry for 30 years and served as both an instructor for the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and a committee member for the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Arizona Legislative Action Committee. He currently holds both the state designation of Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) and the national designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
“I am enthusiastic about leveraging my experience and skills to make substantive contributions that drive positive change in Rio Verde,” Hearty said.
A Phoenix native, Hearty said he has a “wonderful family” that keep him very busy. He is a proud father of three young men, one of whom recently graduated from NAU, while the others have just completed their first years of college and high school.
“Together, we enjoy exploring the East Coast, particularly South Carolina and Florida, during our leisure time,” Hearty said.
Hearty said he sees Rio Verde as a community with a strong foundation for future success.
“In my experience, I’ve found that successful communities are built upon the foundation of dedicated volunteers who serve as board members, committee members and community leaders,” he said.
“Their collective efforts toward creating a fiscally responsible and sustainable community for future generations are essential for any successful community association.
“During the interview process, I was genuinely inspired by the achievements of Rio Verde over the past 50 years and impressed by your vision for the future.
“I would like to thank the Selection Committee and the RVCA Board of Directors for their confidence in me. I look forward to connecting with everyone and working together to foster the continued success of Rio Verde.”
