Two drivers are dead following a Friday night collision.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office detectives were investigating Saturday an overnight crash in the East Valley that killed two and sent two to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The collision occurred about 11:25 p.m. Sept. 1 near Bush Highway and Sheep’s Crossing. One of the vehicles was on fire when deputies arrived, according to a release.
The drivers of the vehicles were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
