Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in locating 16-year-old Isaac Quotskuyba, a Fort McDowell resident who was last seen in Fountain Hills near Fountain Hills and Palisades boulevards running southbound and wearing a black tuxedo.
He is described as a Native American male, six feet in height, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
On Saturday, Sept. 21, Isaac was involved in an argument with his legal guardian while driving in Fountain Hills. During the argument, Issac became upset and began throwing items at his guardian from the backseat of the vehicle.
When the vehicle was pulled over onto Arrow Drive, just north of Palisades, Isaac got out of the vehicle and ran southbound on Fountain Hills Boulevard.
Isaac attends Fountain Hills High School, approximately one-half mile to the west of where he was last seen and does know people in the area. Isaac lives in the Fort McDowell Indian Community and has no medical problems and no history of mental health problems, according to MCSO.
Anyone with information related to this case should call MCSO at 602-876-1011.
