Pain relief seminars set in Fountain Hills

In response to a growing need for effective pain management strategies, Fountain Hills Community Center will offer Pain Relief Fridays seminars with Dr. Chris Condon.
Condon’s seminars are designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, tools and techniques necessary to manage and alleviate the debilitating effects of arthritis, neuropathy, chronic back and neck pain and more.
Seminars are held at the Community Center, 13001 La Montana Drive from 1 to 2:30 p.m. the third Friday of each month.
Upcoming topics include The Top Five All-Natural Immune System Builders on Sept. 20; Fitness After 50: Getting there and staying there safely on Oct. 18; and Disc Disease and Spinal Stenosis on Nov 15.
The seminars are free for Community Center members and $5 for non-members. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. Call 480-816-5200 to register.
