Phil Chadwick joins Coldwell Banker Realty in Fountain Hills
Real estate expert joins as affiliate agent

Phil Chadwick has joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Fountain Hills as an affiliate agent. (Submitted photo)
Phil Chadwick has recently joined the Fountain Hills office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent.
He comes to the office with 21 years of real estate experience.
“I specialize in homes with a view in Fountain Hills and Scottdale,” Chadwick said. “I decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because of the fantastic people, teamwork and support for which Coldwell Banker in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale is noted.”
Chadwick holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Active in his community, Chadwick was a volunteer docent at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West in Scottsdale from 2008 to 2020.
